You’ll learn step‑by‑step strategies, connect with other parents, and gain confidence in supporting your child at home, school, and in daily life.
Who This Program Is For
This program is designed for parents and caregivers who:
• Have a child with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected)
• Want practical tools for behaviour, emotions, and routines
• Feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure what to try next
• Want to reduce conflict and improve connection
• Want guidance from a trained facilitator in a supportive group setting
• No diagnosis is required, all families are welcome.

With experience supporting families, schools, and community programs, Jessica blends evidence‑based strategies with real‑world tools that actually work in busy households.
