Before Your Session

Digital Forms

Please complete your online intake forms at least 24 hours prior to your visit so we can focus entirely on your care.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For massage sessions, we recommend light layers that are easy to remove.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in, enjoy a complimentary herbal tea, and gently transition into your session.

Payment Info
